Return & Exchange Policy
At Salty Jack Salt Co., we strive to provide our customers with quality products that meet only the highest standards. If you are displeased with your purchase, please let us know – we will try to make it right. If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order - within 14 days of date of purchase – please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note the sale of coffee is final and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
We currently do not accept returns for opened or unopened products, as it is unsafe to bring back any items into our kitchen and packaging area.
If the product(s) are damaged, either from origin or in transit, to the point it would be unsafe to use or consume, they may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.
Any package lost may be eligible for replacement or refund only upon successful carrier claim. Our current carrier is USPS. USPS claims may be submitted 15 days after ship date. USPS claims take 5-7 business days for resolution. Please contact your local USPS for more information on how to submit a claim.
