* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we cancel any order and if payment was already processed and completed, we will refund the customer. Information regarding refunds and returns please see our “Refund” page.
* We are continually trying to improve our service. If you (the customer) have any feedback, we would love to hear from you. We welcome reviews, comments, constructive feedback, or if you just want to tell us hi! We will do our best to address any issues that may arise. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fix everything, but we will do our best! If feedback and/or comments are made publicly on this site, any of Salty Jack’s social media platforms, or any third- party platforms, Salty Jack has all rights to remove any post/comment that is deemed unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectually property of these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is securely stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application.

Shipping
Salty Jack Salt Co. uses USPS for our shipping needs. Standard shipping cost are based on weight of the package and shipping location. Orders are processed between 1 to 5 business days based on operating hours. Shipping times will vary based on USPS deliver schedule. Most packages arrive within 2 to 7 days once shipped, but can take longer depending on location they are shipped to. If customer provides incorrect mailing address and package is shipped back to Salty Jack Salt Co. it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address and pay for additional shipping. If error is on Salty Jack Salt Co.'s end, we will pay to reship package.
