Dark (Espresso) Roast:  offers sharpness without bitterness. This roast is bold with a deeper taste of chocolate and hints of raspberry, offering an intense taste outside the usual Jamaica Blue Mountain® experience.

Proprietor's Choice (Medium/Dark) Roast: Old Tavern's signature roast is full bodied with a fruity finish and has a balance of flavor for everyone. A spicy cocoa will linger on the palette.

Peaberry: A Peaberry bean (also referred to as caracol, or "snail" in Spanish) is a rare natural mutation that occurs in about 5% of the world's coffee. This rare mutation produces only one small bean instead of two beans to a fruit. This result is a smaller and denser bean that has a sweeter and more flavorful taste compared to standard beans. Since, there is no way to tell if the fruit has one or two beans, each fruit is then hand-picked and sorted to process standard bean vs. the peaberry bean separately making it a premium bean due to is rare flavor and occurrence in nature.
